Delivery Schedule & Fee

Delivery schedule:

• Monday-Friday (12:00-2:00pm (Kowloon) or 3:00-5:00pm (HK Island)) or
• Saturday (11:00am-1:00pm or 3:00-5:00pm (HK Island)) 

Delivery Fee:

• Hong Kong Island / Kowloon: $100/time
• New Territories/Others: To be negotiated 

Remarks

• This package order is NOT applicable to festival events, such as, Lunar New Year, Christmas, etc.
• Order completion MUST be 1 week before 1st delivery.
• Selected Delivery schedule MUST be within 20 days for order of package A/C or within 40 days for order of package B/D after order is confirmed. 
• Next delivery schedule WILL be confirmed on current delivery is done.
• Delivery location MUST be the same in 1 order.
• For any change request on the delivery date, please notify it 5 days in advance; or extra service charge (25% of order) is required.
• For cancelation request of delivery after order is confirmed, the delivery will not be postponed/refunded.
• Container is included for order of package A/C only and will be retrieved after order is end.
• Common packing for protection, NO decoration (such as ribbon, wrapping paper) is included.
• Special delivery arrangement for public holidays and inclement weather,

1. Delivery on public holidays will be postponed to the next working day.
2. For the Observatory issues typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above; or black rainstorm warning; or is expected to be announced within two hours, the delivery service will be postponed to the next working day.

運送及運費

運送安排: 

• 星期一至五 (下午12:00-2:00 (九龍區) 或 下午3:00-5:00 (香港島)) 或
• 星期六 (上午11:00-下午1:00 或 下午3:00-5:00 (香港島))

運費: 

• 香港島/九龍區: $100/1次
• 新界區/偏遠地區: 另作商討

備註

• 此組合不適用於所有節日活動，如 農曆新年、聖誕節，等。
• 訂單必須在第一次運送 1個星期前確定及付款。
• A/C組合的運送日期於確實訂單後20天內，B/D組合的運送日期於確實訂單後40天內。
• 下一次運送安排必須在當前運送完成後確認。
• 如要求更改運送日期需5天前通知；或需付額外(訂單之25%)費用。
• 下單後如要求取消運送, 訂購將不會延期/退款。
• 只是A/C組合訂單的擺設包括容器，將於訂單結束後取回。
• 普通包裝以作保護，不包括裝飾 (如，絲帶, 花紙)。
• 公眾假期及惡劣天氣下送貨安排：

1. 公眾假期運送將順延至下一個工作天。
2. 當天文台發出8號或以上颱風警告信號 或 黑色暴雨警告，或預計在兩個小時內宣布生效, 運送服務將順延至下一個工作天。
